Running running running running STOP. It takes multiple flu/cold symptoms to get me to let go of the agenda and finally just sit down and enjoy the biography I’ve been meaning to get to for weeks.

And, to enjoy the fresh breeze coming through the window. I’m very glad the heatwave broke a few days ago – which also allowed me to enjoy a Sunday morning run in one of my favorite parks, pictured here.
