Amid the excitement of the race and the thrash of getting each runner –including myself– ready, supported, recuperated, or into the driver’s seat, I took very few pictures. I love this shot I got of my teammate Amy, doing what she loves. Another Ragnar Relay Great River has passed, and Team Loo Lovers had a great time.

We also did well, all things considered: the official race report reads: “Weather: Hot, Humid, 90 Degrees.” We placed 74th, overall (out of 286 teams), and 36th out of 192 in the Open Mixed division. 193 miles in 27 hours, 26 minutes!
